Disabled parking and step-free access are available, although some of the historic site has grass, gravel, ramps and uneven terrain.

Dogs are not permitted. Assistance dogs are welcome.

In order to book a Carer/Companion ticket, one of the following documents needs uploading during checkout. 

• A valid blue badge
• Allowance book or letter confirming entitlement to Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
• Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award
  Incapacity Benefit books or confirmation letter of Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or confirmation letter
  Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8 
• Access Card
